RNAi Purpose
The purpose of this experiment is to see if the double-stranded RNA turns off the DNA or if it turns off the mRNA
Nematode video
Here is our video with the C.elegans. In this video, you can watch them move around. The worms are N2 wild type worms on a NGM or Nematode Growth Media plate. There is a high density of worms that are located around the colony of bacteria.
